Thee Chubby Papi is a Zambian hip-hop artist building his identity around an alternative, personal approach to music. His catalogue stretches from his debut album Pornography in 2021 to EBONY: The Black Love Story, his first official album as an independent artist, released in 2022. The project explored his upbringing, African culture, traditions, and emotions through a distinctly personal sound. His music includes tracks such as “Lemonade,” “2 O'CLOCK in Zambezi,” “ZIGGY,” “Mood Swings,” and “Frozen (College Girls),” with collaborations including Nel Jay, PRZ, Deucess, and Eli Kay. In 2025, he released the five-track No One's Listening EP, while continuing to build toward his anticipated album Revenge Is Sweet. His latest release, “David Bechkаm” featuring Nel Jay, arrived in March 2026, keeping his catalogue moving into a new chapter. Different story. Different sound. Chubby Papi is writing his own chapter in Zambian hip-hop
